GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Art. 1
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the sales relationship between TECHNOSURF SA and its online shop www.technosurf.ch, located at 119 Route de Suisse, 1290 Versoix, for the website www.technosurf.ch, and exclude all other documents.
Any order placed by the customer implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.


Art. 2 – PRICES
The prices indicated on www.technosurf.ch include all taxes, delivered to the specified address, in Swiss francs. Prices include VAT (8.1%).

The final price and VAT are confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
Our rates apply exclusively to shipments within Switzerland. (For Europe, please contact our company.)

Billing is carried out according to the rate in force on www.technosurf.ch on the date of the order and subject to availability.
TECHNOSPORTS SA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices are subject to correction in the event of obvious typographical errors.


Art. 3 – IMAGES
The product photos shown on www.technosurf.ch are for information purposes only and are not contractual. They may be changed at any time based on documents provided by manufacturers.

They represent the product as accurately as possible. However, certain recent improvements to the product may not always be reflected in the description.


Art. 4 – WARRANTY / AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All items offered are manufactured and/or distributed by reputable companies.
The warranties for the products offered are the legal warranties of their manufacturers.
Any warranty is valid as long as the product is used in a normal manner and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

TECHNOSPORTS SA undertakes to liaise with suppliers to ensure warranty claims are handled as quickly as possible and in the best interest of customers.

Before returning an item under warranty, please contact TECHNOSPORTS SA either by phone or by email.


Art. 5 – ORDERING
Orders are placed on the secure website www.technosurf.ch.

Art. 6 – ORDER CONFIRMATION
By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read and accepted without restriction these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Your confirmation constitutes a sales contract.


Art. 7 – PAYMENT
Payment is made at the time of ordering. Orders will be delivered once full payment has been received and/or following payment authorisation from the credit card issuer and/or the bank.
The goods remain the property of TECHNOSPORTS SA until full payment has been received.


Art. 8 – DELIVERY TIMES
For items in stock, orders are processed on the day payment is received and shipped the following morning. Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on the chosen shipping method.

TECHNOSPORTS SA reserves the right to change the carrier chosen by the customer without additional charges.
For items not in stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone. Delivery times will then be agreed between the customer and TECHNOSPORTS SA.


Art. 9 – DELIVERY METHOD
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering on www.technosurf.ch.
If delivery cannot be made on the first attempt due to the customer’s absence, a second attempt may be made. However, if delivery is still impossible due to the customer, TECHNOSPORTS SA reserves the right to charge additional fees.

If the size of the product to be delivered exceeds 190 cm, a delivery surcharge may apply.

TECHNOSPORTS SA accepts no liability for delivery delays by the carrier or for damage caused during transport.


Art. 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
If damage to the packaging is noted upon delivery, TECHNOSPORTS SA accepts no responsibility and no compensation can be claimed. However, TECHNOSPORTS SA may assist in resolving the dispute with the carrier, provided that the customer reports the damage immediately to TECHNOSPORTS SA and that the package is refused and/or returned to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Replacement of goods will be made subject to availability and after resolution of the dispute with the carrier. In the event of loss or total damage by the carrier, customer compensation is limited to that granted by the carrier.


Art. 11 – COLLECTION
If the customer has chosen to collect the goods in-store free of charge, they must go to TECHNOSPORTS SA, 119 Route de Suisse, 1290 Versoix.
Collections can only be made during opening hours. If the customer fails to collect the goods at the store specified when ordering, additional fees may apply.


Art. 12 – PRODUCT DISCONTINUATION
As most products are seasonal, a supplier/manufacturer may immediately cease delivery or production of certain items.
In such cases, TECHNOSPORTS SA will offer a replacement product and agree on a new delivery time with the customer. Depending on the value of the goods, the customer will either pay an additional amount or be refunded the difference. If the customer refuses the initial proposal, TECHNOSPORTS SA will refund the amount paid, without incurring any other compensation or liability.


Art. 13 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a withdrawal period of 15 calendar days after receiving the order. The customer must notify TECHNOSPORTS SA in writing of their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

During this period, and at the customer’s choice, an exchange or refund will be made. The new delivery or refund will take place within the agreed time frame and upon receipt of the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to highly personalised products, such as skis requiring drilling and specifically mounted at the customer’s request.


Art. 14 – RETURNS
The return of goods is accepted subject to the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe

    • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (excluding sale or promotional items).

  2. Condition of goods

    • The product must be new, complete, in its original packaging, and unused.

    • Any item showing signs of use, wear, impact, water damage, or modification will not be accepted.

  3. Return procedure

    • Before sending, the customer must contact our team to verify that the return conditions are met.

    • A return will only be accepted after written approval from our customer service team.

  4. Return costs

    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  5. Refunds

    • Once the product has been received and inspected, if conditions are met, a refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 working days.

    • If conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

SALE ITEMS ARE NEITHER RETURNABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE.
Returned goods must be free of any signs of wear and in their original packaging. They must be sent to: Technosurf, 119 Route de Suisse, 1290 Versoix.


Art. 15 – SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Boot fitting is not included for any sale items.


Art. 16 – LIABILITY
The products offered comply with Swiss legislation in force. TECHNOSPORTS SA assumes no liability for the use of the delivered goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local legislation and comply with local regulations and manufacturer recommendations for the delivered product.


Art. 17 – JURISDICTION
For any dispute, regardless of its nature, only the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have jurisdiction, even in the case of summary proceedings or multiple defendants.


Art. 18 – DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY
Technosurf undertakes to comply with legal requirements regarding data protection and security (LPD).
The data provided is treated with the strictest confidentiality and is not shared with third parties.
The customer may request information about their personal data from Technosurf or request access to it.
The transmission of all credit card data is carried out using internationally recognised SSL encryption technology.
