These T&Cs govern the sales relations of TECHNOSURF SA and its online shop https://www.technosurf.ch/en/ 119 Route de Suisse, 1290 Versoix, for its online site https://www.technosurf.ch/en/ and exclude any other document.
All orders sent by the customer imply, without restriction or reservation, his acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Art.2 PRICES
The prices indicated on https://www.technosurf.ch/en/ are all taxes included delivered to the address indicated, in Swiss Francs or in Euros. Prices include VAT (8%).
The final price and the VAT are validated during the order confirmation.
Our rates apply exclusively for shipments to Switzerland. (for Europe, contact our company)
Invoicing is carried out according to the tariff in force on the site https://www.technosurf.ch/en/ on the day of the order subject to availability.
Technosurf SA reserves the right to make any price changes. The prices are given subject to obvious typographical error.
Art.3 IMAGES
The photos of the articles presented on the site https://www.technosurf.ch/en/ are informative but not contractual. They are subject to change at any time according to the documents provided by the manufacturers.
They represent the quoted product as accurately as possible. However, some recent improvements to the product do not always appear on the description.
Art. 4 WARRANTY-SERVICE
All items offered are manufactured and/or marketed by reputable companies.
The warranties of the products offered are the legal warranties of their manufacturers.
Any warranty is valid as long as the product is used in a normal manner and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
TECHNOSURF SA undertakes to intervene with suppliers so that guarantees are processed as soon as possible and in the best interest of customers.
Before returning an item under warranty, please contact TECHNOSURF SA, either by telephone or by e-mail.

Art. 6 ORDER VALIDATION
When validating your order, you declare that you have read and accept without restriction these general conditions of sale. Your validation constitutes a sales contract.
Art. 7 PAYMENT
Payment is made when ordering. Orders are deliverable upon receipt of the total amount in our hands and/or following validation of payment by the credit card organization and/or the banking institution.
In all cases, the goods remain the property of TECHNOSURF SA until full payment has been received.
Art. 8 DELIVERY TIMES
For items in stock, orders are processed on the day of collection or receipt of payment and then shipped the next morning. Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on the mode of transport chosen.
TECHNOSURF SA reserves the right to change the carrier chosen by the customer. No additional charge is due in this case.
For items not available in our stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone. Delivery times are therefore agreed between the customer and TECHNOSURF SA.
Art. 9 DELIVERY METHOD
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering on the site. https://www.technosurf.ch/en/.
In the event that it is impossible to deliver a first time due to the absence of the customer, delivery may be attempted a second time. However, if due to the customer's fault it is impossible to deliver, TECHNOSURF SA reserves the right to charge additional costs.
If the size of the product to be delivered is greater than 190cm, a delivery surcharge may be applied.
TECHNOSURF SA assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery by the carrier or damage caused during transport.
ART. 10 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
In case of damage noted on the packaging during delivery. TECHNOSURF SA assumes no responsibility, no compensation can be requested. TECHNOSURF SA can however help to resolve the dispute with the carrier, provided that the customer announces the damage without delay to TECHNOSURF SA and that the package is refused and/or returned to the carrier upon delivery. TECHNOSURF SA will replace the goods within the limits of availability and upon resolution of the dispute with the carrier. In the event of loss or total damage by the carrier, the customer's compensation is that granted by the carrier.
ART. 11 ABDUCTION
If the customer has chosen to collect the goods free of charge from the store, he must contact

Collections are only made during opening hours. If the customer does not collect the goods from the store indicated when ordering, additional costs may be requested.
Art. 12 DISCONTINUATION
As the products are mostly seasonal, a supplier/manufacturer can stop delivering or producing certain items with immediate effect.
From then on, TECHNOSURF SA will propose a replacement product and will agree with the customer on a new delivery time, depending on the value of the goods, the customer will have to pay an additional sum or will be reimbursed for the difference. If the customer refuses this first proposal, TECHNOSURF SA will refund the amount paid, without incurring any other compensation or liability.
Art.13 WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The customer has a withdrawal period of 15 calendar days after receipt of the order. He must notify TECHNOSURF SA in writing of the use of his right of withdrawal.
During this period, and according to the customer's choice, an exchange or a refund will be made. The new delivery or reimbursement will take place within the agreed timeframe and upon receipt of the returned goods. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be taken into account on highly personalized products such as skis requiring perforations, and mounted specifically at the request of the customer.
Art.14 RETURN
Items marked "out of stock" are neither returned nor exchanged.
The returned material must be without any trace of wear and tear and in the original packaging. They must be sent to

Art. 15 LIABILITY
The products offered comply with the Swiss legislation in force. TECHNOSURF SA assumes no responsibility for the use of the items delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to check local legislation and to comply with local regulations and manufacturer's recommendations for the delivered product.
Art.16 SALES ITEMS
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bootfitting is not included for all sale items.
Art 17 FOR
For any dispute, whatever its nature, only the courts of the canton of Geneva will be competent., even in the event of summary proceedings, or multiple defendants.
ART 18 Data protection and security
Technosurf undertakes to comply with the legal requirements for data protection and data security. (LPD)
The data provided is treated with the strictest confidentiality and is not communicated to third parties.
The customer may require Technosurf information on this personal data or, where appropriate, request access to it.
The transmission of all credit card data takes place with internationally recognized SSL encryption technology.
