Phantom Carbon 1780

Thanks to shapes that provide more flight finesse, Phantom foils glide faster and longer. Connecting waves, whether in the surf or downwind, is much easier. However, going fast or connecting dozens of waves without having the maneuverability to have fun on them would be of little interest, which is why carving is also part of the Phantom foils' DNA. Thanks to work on the lift distribution, the shape of the lobe and other details, the Phantom is a long and powerful foil that allows you to carve beautiful curves on the waves and in the swell.

Made of pre-preg carbon with a one-piece structure, the foil is both very light and very strong. This configuration offers better load transmission and rigidity through the different parts for maximum control. The Titan connection allows you to connect an aluminum or carbon mast and the fuselage is divided into two parts for easy transportation.

The Phantom wings are recommended with the C275 Surf stab. This stabilizer has a lot of glide and allows you to exploit the performance of the Phantom wings. It also makes the foil a little looser in the turns to better turn these longer wings and allow for a fantastic surfing feel.

The Phantom 1780 offers the greatest lift of the range. It allows a very versatile program similar to the 1480, but more adapted to heavier weights (>85kg), or SUPs.

Technologies

Titan Connection

The TITAN connection provides a direct and solid link between two parts: effectively blocking movement in all directions.

This format is compact which facilitates hydrodynamics. It is easy to use, assemble and disassemble.

Pre-Preg

With Pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin during the manufacturing of the fabric, which guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon, and represents the best quality process.

Monobloc Structure

Having a rigid and solid connection between all the parts of the foil is an essential element to make it as efficient as possible and easy to control.

Alu pole

The F-ONE aluminum mast can be used for all disciplines: kite surf, surf foil, wing foil, SUP foil and windfoil. The profile is precision extruded from a 6063 aluminum block.

The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kite foiling to provide the best gliding sensation while keeping the weight low. It comes with two stainless steel helical inserts at the bottom and top to attach the connecting pieces and is therefore fully modular.

The aluminum mast can be used on all foils of the range, and it is very easy to switch from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm).

A number of parts are available for connecting the boards (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).

TITAN Mast Head and Foot

The F-ONE aluminum pole can be equipped with several terminations to ensure the connection with the board.

All of these terminations are equipped with a sleeve into which the mast slides before being held by two M6 bolts. The Mast Top Parts are all machined from 6061 aluminum blocks. The precision of the machining makes the assembly perfect. Stainless steel inserts are systematically used to preserve the durability of the screwed connections.

The Top Plate has become the market standard and makes the foil compatible with all boards equipped with the Twin-Tracks system. The spacing used for the 4 screws is 160x90mm, and the latest version also offers an option for 165x90mm spacing.
