UNLIMITED SOLES
Over the years, the growing hiking market has become increasingly sensitive to the sole as a feature. The multi-disciplinary nature of these shoes demands excellent grip to avoid slipping on the most treacherous terrain and, at the same time, safety and precision for skiing. It is precisely for these reasons that the entire Unlimited collection marks the debut of an innovative sole which, for the first time, will be able to perform all the functions required. To ensure the durability of the materials used, the sole will not be glued, but screwed on and interchangeable once worn. The other distinctive and revolutionary feature is total compatibility with all piste bindings, dispelling any doubts about the infinite possibilities of association with ISO-compliant bindings. Finally, Michelin's Gripwalk and Gripwalk equipment are synonymous with maximum grip and stability in all types of conditions.

TRI FORCE CUFF CONSTRUCTION
A major innovation in the new Unlimited shoes is a completely new collar, the composition of which is based on a plastic shaping method already developed by Nordica. The know-how and experience acquired over the years have enabled us to take advantage of the Tri-Force construction to create a functional collar for all types of activity. The use of plastic with three levels of rigidity enables the collar to bind the limb optimally and ensure the perfect function and comfort required for each part. That's why the outer shells come in different shades of color, before adopting the classic black that has always set us apart. The area injected with the softest plastic is the one that comes into most contact with the shin, which can find comfortable support and exert forward pressure more easily. Load transmission needs to be progressive, which is why the intermediate plastic band attaches to the most rigid part, keeping the calf stable, secure and precise.

SWITCH FROM SKI TO TOURING MODE WITH CONFIDENCE
The mechanism that connects the shell to the collar is specially designed to give the boot stability and safety when skiing, as well as a wide angular opening to facilitate joint mobility when climbing. The maximum excursion of 65° allows optimum freedom of movement, even when climbing the most demanding slopes. What's more, by rotating the mechanism's latch through 180°, you can change the collar's inclination to suit the context and your needs: 13° for a more advanced, high-performance set-up when descending, 11° for a natural feel when walking.

INFRARED TECHNOLOGY
Infrared technology has been developed by Nordica with the aim of personalizing boots at the most crucial points for skiers. Once the pressure points have been identified, simply heat the area with the infrared lamp. Then apply the suction pad to neutralize the pressure in just a few minutes. Finally, remove the suction pad and replace the slipper. All that's left to do is put them on and hit the slopes.
