The new generation of Slick wings combines Strong / Light / Superior (SLS) technology with a multitude of design and performance improvements.

The most famous model in the range is now lighter and has more lift and stability. This makes the kite easier to use and gives it a fluidity that will make you want to stay on the water for hours !

The PentaTX material on the leading edge and batten provides precise, responsive, fingertip feedback. PentaTX has been a revolution in the kitesurfing department at Duotone. This one is not only lighter, but also more rigid, which translates into more precise and direct feedback.

The segmented leading edge allowed designer Ken Winner to increase the stiffness of the mid-section by using this stronger material. This makes the transfer more direct and the wing much more responsive.

The Slick SLS features a mini boom with endless options for positioning your hands. The intuitive mini boom allows your hands to always be in the right place for any trick you're planning, whether it's your very first tacks or gigantic spins in the air.

For 2022, the Slick SLS has been completely redesigned with a new outline. This makes the kite more stable when you luff while riding waves or downwinders, and gives you more power and hangtime when jumping. The Slick SLS is fantastic for rotary tricks and has been designed to offer enough travel to reduce the drag of wingtips.

The new window positioning reduces weight while maintaining good visibility in all types of spots.
The ears and batten twist have been refined to optimize lift and stability with maximum canopy tension. This makes the wing more stable and easier to fly with one hand, even in gusty winds.

The mini boom is available with carbon and aluminum options, and is compatible with first generation Slick fenders.

Mini Boom
Direct steering with endless hand placement options. The Mini Boom allows you to place your hands wherever you want, which is a huge advantage when learning the basics and more advanced freestyle moves.

Positive lift
Easier tacks and more aerial jumps. Various design features give the new Slick SLS a positive lift, giving you a lighter, easier feel for basic moves like tacks and jibes, while improving hangtime during jumps.

Slow response
Perfect for fast rotations. The Penta TX's leading edge and strut give the wing a lively and fast response to your direction, which has advantages for pumping, acceleration and all kinds of freestyle movements and rotations.

Moderate wing span
Easy to handle for riders of all sizes. The new Slick SLS has a slightly wider wingspan, which improves fin stability and power delivery, but it still has a more compact outline than the Unit, which helps smaller riders keep the tips out of the water and makes it easier to turn the kite.

Excellent performance in terms of stability
Light, neutral and low effort on the wave, with an incredibly stable center of effort during gusts and lulls.

The Mini Boom is simply inserted into the strap at the back of the center column and then pushed into the connection for the front of the boom, which is further secured by two Velcro straps. Installing the Mini Boom takes only a few seconds and the inflation pressure guarantees a solid and intuitive handling feeling.

The wrist leash Duotone is designed to work specifically with the wings Duotone.

With a comfortable and secure velcro cuff that attaches the 4-foot-long coiled leash to your Duotone Wing, you can be sure that it is never out of reach.
