Carbon mast F-ONE HM 14

The 14mm-thick HM Carbon mast now features a new integrated flat top and TITAN mast foot. Combined with the profile, this all-in-one construction provides incredible rigidity and minimizes drag, which means easier starts, immense glide, higher speeds and maximum connection between foil and board.

The mast is a one-piece, pre-preg carbon construction, molded and hardened in one go. Our SPINE internal structure ensures rigidity and control during sailing. The use of high-modulus carbon (M40J), integrated into F-ONE's special technique, optimizes flexural and torsional rigidity for total control in all situations and at high speeds. The carbon fiber layers have been carefully arranged at 0° angles lengthwise to optimize bending stiffness, and at around 45° to optimize torsional stiffness. Finally, this carbon drape has been finely tuned and optimized for each mast length to deliver the best performance in every sport.

With a range of sizes from 80cm, 85cm, 95cm to 105cm, this mast is perfect for all disciplines - surf, wing, kite - and will particularly excel downwind and wherever glide is your priority. The 80cm is our new size and has been developed specifically for foil surfing, offering better pumping and reducing unwanted kite exits in waves.

This mast can be connected to virtually any board on the market equipped with the Twin-Tracks system, and can accommodate all front wings and fuselages featuring the TITAN connection.

Pre-preg makes hydrofoils stiffer and stronger. With pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin during manufacture. This guarantees a perfect ratio of epoxy to carbon, and represents the best quality process. It is then baked at high temperature, providing strength and durability.

High modulus carbon mast fiber is 1.5 x stiffer than standard modulus, producing greater torsional and flexural rigidity, giving the rider more control.

The TITAN connection provides a direct, solid link between two parts: effectively blocking movement in all directions.
