SNOWBOARD JONES RALLY CAT 2025

The Rally Cat is a playful directional twin designed for all-mountain riders who want an accessible, easy-to-ride board to develop their freestyle skills or learn to ride the whole mountain. It features a short sidecut and forgiving flex for user-friendly handling, a full camber profile and 3D Contour Base 1.0 for ollie power and quick edge-to-edge response in turns.

Features and construction

Sintered 8000 base

New super-durable material made from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon. The base is easy to repair, absorbs wax very well and is very fast.

Wend Natural Wax

The boards Jones are ready for tearing as soon as they leave the workshop and are factory waxed with WEND natural wax.

Flip-Flop base

Producing two or more base colors minimizes p-tex waste. The order can be filled with either color. Color does not vary with size.

Biax fiberglass

A double-direction, double-layer, stitched fiberglass laminate that provides a fun, forgiving and responsive ride.

Oversized recycled edges

All boards Jones are made with oversized recycled steel edges for increased durability and more sustainable production.

Forever Flex

Forever Flex is a new manufacturing process that stabilizes a board's flex and rocker throughout its entire lifespan.

Factory-set

All snowboards Jones are factory-set in the tip and heel, so you can go straight from the store to the mountain.

Recycled ABS side panels

ABS plastic is a necessary evil in snowboard production. We improve the durability of our snowboards by using only recycled plastic.

Biological resin

Bio-resin is an epoxy resin made from 27% plant-based carbon instead of petroleum-based carbon. The organic raw materials used to manufacture bio-resin are co-products or waste from plant-based industrial processes. Bio-resin production requires 33% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than conventional epoxy.

Long-lasting basalt silts

Durable strength. Basalt stringers are made of 100% natural fibers and help transfer power to the edges, improve torsional response and absorb board vibrations.

Diaper plate in eco-plastic

Organic plastic made from castor seeds. This eco-friendly material is ultralight, chip- and scratch-resistant and water-repellent (snow adheres less to the topsheet).

Classic core

Premium all-wood poplar core delivers fun pop, smooth flex and solid durability.
