Imagine a dedicated surf foiling wing that lets you foil waves like a surfer. If you're like us, you're dreaming of a kite that turns effortlessly, inspires confidence when taking off, and lifts easily and predictably on the foil. A foil that doesn't just manage gaps, but encourages them. No wave is the same: sometimes you need a little speed, and on another, you need to slow down while staying on the foil. A kite you can forget and still have fun with. Of course, this wing has to be able to get you going again and again. The wait is over, here comes the AXIS Spitfire.

You'll recognize it by its distinctive elliptical profile, straight centerline and lack of aggressive tip turns. Moderate chord lengths, tapering gently from the center to the tips, promote smooth, predictable and precise turns. The reduced thickness of the aluminum foil enhances the top end, complementing the wider ropes that ease the bottom end.

Most of these features are shared by the wings in the ARTPRO range, and in fact much of what Axis learned during the development of this range has been incorporated into the composition of the Spitfire.

Throughout the development process, Axis put the Spitfire through its paces. The smaller sizes are fast with explosive turns. The larger sizes are perfect for smaller spots and taller pilots. Spitfires are versatile front wings, capable of riding waves or flat water in prone, SUP, winging, wake, downwind, lake pumping.

They do it all.

Spitfire foils are perfectly matched to the Black Advance fuselage and the Progressive or Skinny range of rear wings.
