The X3 is a triple-chamber board. This solution, based on the addition of two classic bladders, is more reliable than the double-chamber dropstitch, is aesthetically pleasing, and allows you to venture beyond 300 meters (D240). Its stability will also reassure beginners as well as those looking for greater stability, and it will suit anglers and those who want to secure their transport, particularly for "shuttle" use. The side bladders also provide better support for a child or even a dog, and add a little more rigidity. In contrast to wider boards, this gain does not impair the board's glide. The hull remains narrow at 30" (76cm), while the deck is 34" (86cm) wide, i.e. 10 cm wider. Flat on the water, this board will glide over a 30" hull with limited friction, while the 34" wide overwater bladders will catch your mistakes without penalizing glide.

Its length of 12'6 ensures good glide, while its generous volume means that anyone weighing over 100 kg will be comfortable on this board, and everyone can carry a child.

This board has rings for attaching a kayak seat, and the side saddles make this practice more comfortable

This board is also perfect for fishing and spearfishing. It can pass the 300-meter mark, it's fast yet stable and your gear is more secure with the side booms.

The boards in the ORIGIN range are built with fused double-skin Dropstitch.

This is a high-density dropstitch (more threads per cm²), and not a single cm² of these boards is single-skin, so they're stiffer and stronger than a single-skin or stringers-reinforced single-skin board. Of course, these two skins are not glued together, but fused, which saves weight. To these two skins Surfpistols has added a third, consisting of a lateral reinforcement strip that runs all the way around the board. So we have three skins on the sides.

These boards are equipped with a rigid rear rail, for greater surfing performance, stability and speed.
