The skeleton of a foot consists of 28 bones. The bones of the foot can be divided into three categories: tarsus, metatarsus and phalanges. 20 muscles and more than 114 tendons and ligaments provide the flexibility and stability needed by the bones. A well-oiled network of nerves and blood vessels supply the muscles on the surface and deeper above and below the foot.

In short, that's exactly why you need the new ergonomic NTTs and their four size options to find the perfect NTT for your feet. The new strap design keeps your feet in the right place, and the new fiberglass-reinforced double-hook closure system keeps the entire strap closed no matter what. This year, the ergonomic EVA pad is combined with toe padding to give you perfect grip in any situation, as well as optimal pressure distribution and maximum comfort

The new ergonomic NTTs help relieve tension and prevent fatigue and pain. Your feet are less tired and you spend more time on the water. The footpads of the ergonomic NTTs combine with adjustable heel pads to reduce pressure on the heel, thus avoiding shocks to the whole body. In the long run, this helps to relieve pain in the feet, back and knees. There is also a small system to stick the screws of the pad at the back of it to avoid losing them during transport

The new Entity Ergo is a binding system that is tailored to fit your foot perfectly.

In the long development process we went through, the most accurate way to measure feet for straps is to measure the ball of the foot without the toes. To get the Entity Ergo size that's right for you, measure the bottom of the dip between your 2nd and 3rd toe to the heel. Finding the perfect size is essential for an optimal kiteboarding experience. Narrow stance

+ Less resistance during rotation

Taller people need a wider stance than shorter people. To find the most appropriate stance width, jump forward and land in a squat position.

PAD POSITIONING

Centered Pads
+ More stability on landing (weight is centered on the board)
- More difficult to edge for small feet

Pads closer to the back edge
+ Easier edge grip on the heels, for windy climbs and jumps
- More stability on landing (weight is centered on the board)
- More difficult toeside grip

If you have shin pain, position yourself more on your heels to make it easier to edge.

LEGS ANGLE

Duck feet (wide angle)
+ More maneuverability in different riding styles (carving or toeside)
- Increases the risk of injury to the inside of the knee when the duck stance is very pronounced

Parallel Stance
+ More stability in reception
+ Less resistance during rotation

If you feel pain on the inside of your knees, move your feet to a more parallel position. Try to find a natural foot angle when in the squat position.
