C.A.S. Shell

The C.A.S. shell has an anatomical shape adapted to the foot's morphology. This ensures a better fit from the outset. Small dimples on the outside of the shell reduce surface tension, making it easier to thermoform and customize. The shell retains its new shape for longer.

C.A.S. Liner

C.A.S. has revolutionized the world of ski boots in the area of lining and customization. The liner is anatomically shaped for optimum comfort and heel support. The inside of the liner is shaped to accommodate the foot, while the outside conforms perfectly to the profile of the shell. The dual-density microcell material is durable and easy to customize. C.A.S. booties are less likely to deform, and maintain their fit for longer.

CUSTOMIZED LINER

THERMOFORMING
Oven: 80°C/8 minutes.
PUNCHING (VOLUME INCREASE)
Microcellular material can be heated and punched in the most critical areas.
GRINDING (VOLUME INCREASE)
In the most critical areas, microcellular material can be ground up to 2 mm.
FITTING KIT (VOLUME REDUCTION)
Pre-cut parts from the C.A.S. Fit kit can be glued in place to reduce the volume of the liner.

T-RIDE

HIGH PERFORMANCE WALKING SYSTEM
The T-Ride system is fully integrated into the boot design. It is a solid connection between the wrist and the shell that offers the perfect combination of downhill performance and uphill hiking capabilities.

MATERIAL TRACIABILITY PROGRAM

The QR code will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specific ski boot, enabling more accurate and consistent regeneration of these materials. The result will be better quality and greater reusability in the production of new ski boots.
