Nytrolite foam technology. Low-density polyethylene expanded with nitrogen using an exclusive process that cannot be reproduced. 3x lighter than PVC foam. Closed-cell foam structure absorbs 15-20% less water. About 10% more buoyant than PVC, which means we can use less foam in each vest and it will still float the same.
