The Click Bar was a game-changer when it arrived on the market; the design has been refined over the years and has become the benchmark for wing control systems.
For 2024, the Iron Heart VI is back, with the Click-In safety system. This allows you to simply push the chicken loop into the Iron Heart VI for easy reconnection every time. Perfect for riders using a rope slider bar, it's also a real lifesaver when you blow your chicken loop and have to reconnect it, especially in the water. The new leash has been completely redesigned; it uses a new neoprene construction that makes it softer and more flexible, while improving elongation in the event of a fall. What's more, the new EVA design and Quick Link mechanism enable the leash to be attached to the Suicide Ring with just one hand, greatly enhancing safety. The float is also removable so you can easily inspect the bar lines, and the new pigtails have a reduced sleeve only where necessary; this reduces weight and drag in the air at a critical point of connection to the kite. Robline's FLITE99 lines reduce drag in the air and offer a more direct steering response. The V Distributor III is easily adjusted, allowing you to adjust the front line so that it splits quickly. It can also be removed completely, very easily, so you can have a very low V; this makes the Click Bar compatible with most wings on the market. The connection system between the ring and the Suicide leash allows you to ride safely and easily set up the "suicide" mode for unhooked riding. There's also a Click Bar in Medium size with 12m + 12m extensions; this configuration is perfect for kite schools. As part of our Concept Blue initiative, parts of the bar grip and leash use Bloom foam, an environmentally-friendly, high-performance substitute for traditional petroleum-based EVA. If you want the ultimate control system for your kites, the Click Bar is the only choice you have to make; there's nothing better! ROBLINE'S NEW FLITE99 LINES REDUCE DRAG IN THE AIR AND OFFER MORE DIRECT STEERING RESPONSE. THE NEW PIGTAILS HAVE REDUCED SHEATHS ONLY WHERE NECESSARY, REDUCING WEIGHT AND AIR DRAG AT THE CRITICAL POINT OF CONNECTION TO THE WING.

MINIMALIST PIGTAILS

THE NEW PIGTAILS HAVE REDUCED DUCTING ONLY WHERE NECESSARY. THIS REDUCES WEIGHT AND DRAG IN THE AIR AT A CRITICAL CONNECTION POINT WITH THE WING.

V DISTRIBUTOR III

THE NEW V DISTRIBUTOR III IS EASILY ADJUSTED, ALLOWING YOU TO ADJUST THE FRONT LINE SO THAT IT SPLITS QUICKLY. IT CAN ALSO BE REMOVED COMPLETELY, VERY EASILY, SO YOU CAN HAVE A VERY LOW V; THIS MAKES THE TRUST BAR COMPATIBLE WITH MOST WINGS ON THE MARKET.

IF YOU HAVE A 5TH LINE WING, OR IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR DUOTONE WINGS THAT ARE COMPATIBLE WITH 5TH LINES, THERE'S AN UPGRADE WING THAT LETS YOU RIDE WITH A 5TH LINE.

Iron Heart VI - Click Bar

The new Iron Heart VI features a simple Click-In safety system with an optical check function that lets you reconnect the chicken buckle as easily as you fasten your seatbelt. You can also check the green marking, to make sure the system is properly closed. Thanks to a ball bearing, the click bar has an automatic untwist function.

The Button

Pressing the push-button lengthens the back lines, and the adjustment is visible by the fluorescent-orange mark on the power dial on the bar and the fluorescent-orange mark on the float. The kite has less power. Pressing the button once represents a depower notch.

The Winder

Turning the Trim Unit winder clockwise shortens the back lines, and the adjustment is visible by the fluorescent-orange mark on the power dial on the bar and the fluorescent-orange mark on the float. The kite has more power. The power adjustment scale has eight notches; half a winder rotation represents one notch.

The float is also removable, allowing easy inspection of the bar leaders.

The new V-Distributor III can be easily adjusted, allowing you to set the front line to split quickly. It can also be removed completely, very easily, so you can have a very low V.

Minimalist Pigtails

This construction allows controlled distribution of forces between the leading edge and the batten. The battens are 100% connected to the leading edge with a flexible Dynema line, allowing greater canopy tension and a sleeker profile.

Flite99 by Robline

Kite lines establish a connection and communicate the power of the kite to your hands. Lines are crucial, as they often hold our lives in their "hands". They must therefore be secure, resistant and guarantee us the most playful sessions possible. The FLITE99 benefits from Dyneema quality, SK 99. The rear lines are turquoise, the front lines are grey, so they're always clearly distinguishable. Their strength has been increased by 12% and their elongation reduced by 15% compared with previous years. FLITE99 lines have a 6.5% smaller wind-exposure zone due to a smaller diameter, and are faster! The FLITE99 also benefits from a new, even more durable coating. Last but not least, the FLITE99 features Monofil, a unique material that prevents sagging and knots in the lines. This also prevents lines from wearing out and, in the worst case, breaking.
