In recent years Duotone Unit set new standards in wing design, thanks to a subtle combination of design, technological choices and quality materials. The Unit remains the benchmark.

The 2024 model takes things a step further with the introduction of a long carbon front handle for one-handed operation, as well as an inclined center batten and outline adjustments that increase riding comfort. The modified twist and tension of the wing further improve power and stability in neutral mode.

Designer Ken Winner has optimized the angle of the central slat in the handle area, resulting in a more natural riding position with the rear arm tauter, less strained, which is particularly noticeable when riding in the "toe side" position.

The second major improvement is the introduction of a significantly longer carbon front handle, which allows the front hand to be moved back and the wing to be flown one-handed for some time. An improvement that paves the way for unrivalled riding comfort and new tricks.

Thanks to further improvements to the outline, curvature, twist and tension of the MOD3 sail, the new Unit flies more precisely and stably when tucked in, and is more neutral when released in waves.
